Taiwan’s central Mountain hillsides are blanketed with fog & clouds, ideal for growing Golden Lily Mily Oolong Tea. In Chinese is called Jin Xuan, is a special cultivar of Camellia Sinensis (tea plant) developed at the Taiwan Tea Agricultural Research Center, known as Taiwan Tea Bush No. 12. It contains a natural & special fragrance and taste likened to roasted sugarcane with a light creaminess. When it is picked in the summer and autumn fall it contains a stronger creamy fragrance, ‘Nai Xiang’. The tea is processed in a unique way to bring out its distinctive taste, with light oxidation and a gentle roasting that creates a smooth and creamy texture. The tea is often described as having a rich, buttery flavor with a sweet, floral aroma.

BREWING INSTRUCTION:
1. After heating the teapot, put about one-fifth of the tea leaves into the pot.
2. Pour boiling water at 212°F into the teapot, then immediately pour it out.
3. Steep the tea for about 50-60 seconds for the second and third steep, and about 1.5 minutes for the fourth to sixth steep. The steeping time can be adjusted according to personal preference, and the tea can be steeped multiple times continuously.
4. The best materials for teaware are clay and ceramics.
5. Water with mineral water or purified water is preferred.

STORAGE METHOD:
1. Store the tea leaves in a cool, dry place, avoiding high temperature and humidity or direct sunlight.
2. Do not let the tea leaves come into contact with moist items.
